1: We Quote Your Order
First
we determine which products you would like for your
organization or event. Once we have found the perfect
items, we will give you an official quote.
Step
2: We Receive Your Payment Information
When
you are ready to order, we will collect payment information.
World-Class accepts checks and all major credit cards.
If your organization requires an invoice before it
can issue a check, we will need a purchase order before
production can begin.
Step
3: You Approve The Final Artwork
Once
the order is placed we will review your artwork to
ensure that it will look perfect on your custom emblem.
You may submit artwork by e-mail,
by fax, or regular mail. If the artwork is not suitable,
we will advise you and work to make it the best it
can be.
Step
4: We Provide An Optional Pre-Production Proof
Once
we have sent you the final artwork and you approve
it, production can begin! If you would like a virtual
3-d proof before production starts, we will happily
provide one free of charge for completed orders.
Cancelled orders will be charged $75.00 for an unused
3-d virtual proof.
Step
5: We Deliver Your Order
Once
production is complete, we will deliver your order
using the preferred shipping method. Once an order
ships, we will automatically process your payment.
As
you can see, once the order is taken, payment information
is collected and artwork is approved, we take it from
there. It is hassle-free from beginning to end!
